Restaurant/ cafe light The kitchen should be well lit with 5700 K light in 80-95 CRI Bright light for the comfort of cooking. The dinning tables should be preferably be in 4000 K lights, which are dimmable by the guests. The guests my need higher lux while looking at the menu card, but when done, the lights may be dimmed as per their comfort level The alley's should be dim lit in 4000 K at 80 lux or something as per the comfort. Bakery products can be in 3000 +/-300 K for the right accentualtion. The reception counter can be in 4000 K, 200-350 Lux
