Circadian cycle is the body clock, wich governs the sleep and awakeened time cycle of human body. Its related to sunrise and sunset, as humans and all other creatures, and the life cycle has evolved arond that. During our working hours, th light should be bright and in colour temprature quite similar to that of the Sun around 9-10 am. At the same time there should be provision for 4000 K dim lights under 200 lux) during the lte night time.which should be activated atleast an hour before the sleep time.
